The book explores the values of work and family life understood over three generations using archival images starting from the 80s through to the present day. Travelling to countries such as, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and my home town his working life took place when colliers were active and engineers, miners in high demand. I am going to use appropriation to substitute the missing scenes; there is a fuck load of imagery&nbsp;at our fingertips, we are so overstimulated by the media to&nbsp;the point we no longer recognize images as photography&nbsp;let alone as a photographic tool. I am going to exploit this&nbsp;overstimulation as a resource to recycle images,creating a&nbsp;narrative.
